Together, The Kids Network and the Bally’s  Foundation are building a stronger, more connected communities that protect the childhoods and futures of all little Londoners.

In 2022, The Kids Network will connect 600 8-11-year-olds struggling socially, emotionally, and academically with a volunteer mentor, a hero from the local community, to support them through the pivotal transition from primary to secondary school. Each pair spend one year, meeting weekly to build strong relationships, support children’s wellbeing and develop tools to tackle challenges of their present and build independence, resilience, confidence, and aspirations for a brighter future. Taking a community-based approach, The Kids Network embed their early intervention across multiple London boroughs.

With the Bally’s  Foundation’s support, they will continue their vital work in Hammersmith and Fulham, with a strong focus on children who have been impacted most since the Covid-19 pandemic.
